1.  I love your watches!  How can I purchase one?
    For security reasons our watches are not available for purchase over the internet.  The easiest way to purchase a Surrisi watch is to fax us anytime and discuss your watch needs with us.  You can also send your order through the mail or via fax. 

2.  Where are you located?
    In Lafayette:  The address is 110 Trailwood Ln, Lafayette, LA, 70508.. 

3.  How long have you been making Surrisi watches?
   Surrisi Timepieces began making Sterling silver watches in 1988.

4.  What do I do with a broken Surrisi?
   Just send it to the address below.  We would be delighted to do all the repairs necessary.  For more information, see our page about watch care.

5.  I already have a nice collection of Surrisi watches.  What incentives to you have for me to add another Surrisi to my collection?
   We offer our regular customers what we like to call "Frequent Buyer Miles".  Our idea is simple, the more watches you own, the less you should pay for them!  Please call for more information.

6.  Where can I find information about a specific watch design?
   Following the Watch Information link will lead to a page with links to our design info page.  The links at the top correspond to different designs.  Just follow the links!

7.  How long does it take to make a Surrisi watch?
   Depending of the style of the watch the process can vary from hours to days.  On average, six - seven hours.

8.  What if I want a Surrisi watch that isn't on this web site?
